Sugar Factory is a factory that refines sugar from organic sources into a form that can be used in cooking etc. Sugar factory process produces a clear juice that is evaporated to a syrup, bleached by Sulphur Dioxide and sent to vacuum pans for further concentration and forming sugar grains. Crystals are broken into a preferred size and the crystallized mass is then released in the crystallizers to exhaust the mother liquor of its sugar to the extent possible. Industrial Steam boilers are used in sugar factories to produce electricity and for heat in several stages of production, such as the crystallization procedure. This procedure converts the sugar syrup into sugar crystals.
