Description of Gas Fired steam boiler

An IBR Gas Fired steam boiler is a type of industrial boiler that uses natural gas as its fuel source to generate steam. It is designed in compliance with the Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), a set of regulations that govern the design, construction, and operation of boilers in India.

The Gas Fired steam boiler works by heating water in a closed vessel to generate steam. The natural gas is burned in the combustion chamber, producing heat that is transferred to the water. As the water heats up, it begins to boil, generating steam that is used in various industrial processes. One of the primary advantages of using natural gas as a fuel source for the steam boiler is its low environmental impact. Natural gas is a relatively clean-burning fuel, producing fewer emissions than other fossil fuels. This makes it an environmentally friendly option for industrial processes that require steam.

In conclusion, the IBR Gas Fired steam boiler is a highly efficient and reliable industrial boiler that uses natural gas as its fuel source to generate steam. Its compliance with Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR), advanced safety and control systems, and low environmental impact make it an excellent choice for businesses that require steam for their industrial processes.

Gas Fired Boiler Working

Operation & maintenance: – Front and back doors can be completely removed for cleaning and maintenance. Detachable gas spirals with smoke tubes makes cleaning easy as most of the dust deposit comes along with the spirals.

Firing Equipment: – Rugged Forced draft, Fuel efficient pressure jet burner delivers comprehensive combustion with 1:3 turndown Ratio. Fuel pumping and heating unit, combustion blower and control panel is reserved at operating level for stress-free operation and maintenance.

Dry Steam: – The huge steam volume with high disengaging surface & in-built steam separator guarantees steady, dry steam with 0.98 dryness fraction.

Safe Functioning: – Gas fired steam boiler is equipped with IBR boiler fittings, low level trip, auto level controller, steam safety valve, high pressure trip, level indicators, auto/manual control and essential electrical switchgear and controls for safe operation. Fail safe trips offer maximum protection to steam boilers.
