Description of oil fired steam boiler

Oil fired steam boilers are three pass fully wet back horizontal smoke tube types. These Non IBR steam boilers are completely automatic in operation with phase-less modulating burners for the improved control of fuel firing rate. Oil fired Steam boilers are delivered with flue gas temperature controller and auto water level controller.

Oil Fired Boiler Working Principle

An oil fired boiler works in a similar way to a gas boiler. The fuel, in this case oil, is ignited in the combustion compartment and a heat exchanger warms up cold water, either from the mains in a combi system or from a cold water container in a conventional system. The heated water can be used in the radiators, showers and taps to provide your home with heating and hot water.

Why use oil fired boiler?

A condensing oil fired boiler will generally have a productivity of 90% or higher. Oil is a more efficient fuel than gas. This is because oil fired boilers approximately use all the heat and additional gas that’s created from the burning of fuel, turning this into extra heating energy so there’s less wastage.

DELIVERY: – The shipment shall be delivered within 6-8 weeks from the date of receipt of your confirmed order and Advance payment.
MISCELLANEOUS: – It has been expected that the civil part (including RCC foundation blocks for Boilers supporting steel frames) will be available in good condition and made in accordance with our general layout drawings. It has been also anticipated that there will be enough space for storage of materials in the immediate locale of the Boiler site and that the access ways will not be in excess of 50 meters.
