Wood and coal fired steam boiler is a versatile, fuel efficient, multi-fuel three pass industrial boiler particularly designed to cater for practically any fuel. This boiler is a perfect combination of unique dependable design, manufactured as per latest ASME/IBR standards.

Ascent’s Wood and coal steam boiler is generously dimensioned for complete combustion of fuel and efficient transfer of radiant heat gas in a gas tight water-cooled furnace. An entirely water cooled vertical furnace in which flames can reach their fullest extent without coming into contact with cold surfaces ensures optimum transfer of radiated heat. Optimum refractory lining keeps the combustion temperature at the correct level. A wisely selected gas velocity ensures an ideal transfer of heat from the gases as they pass through the second and third pass horizontal tubes. Special gas agitators inside the tubes increase the heat transfer further. The industrial steam boiler is insulated cautiously on all sides to prevent radiation losses.

Operation & maintenance: – The huge charging door gives access to the furnace and front end of tubes. Front radiant furnace can be completely removed for cleaning and maintenance. Detachable covers at both ends make tube replacement/cleaning easy.

Dry Steam: – The huge steam volume with high disengaging surface & in-built steam separator guarantees steady, dry steam with 0.98 dryness fraction.

Safe Functioning: – Wood and coal fired steam boiler is equipped with IBR boiler fittings, low level trip, auto level controller, steam safety valve, high pressure trip, level indicators, auto/manual control and essential electrical switchgear and controls for safe operation. Fail safe trips offer maximum protection to steam boilers.
